How does this work in terms of receiving a brown envelope for running a red
light. A rookie driver, I misjudged one recently (on the way back from my
pass plus meeting). Not sure if it had a camera but it looked like it might
have and i've been paranoid for 11 days now!

Am I doomed? Would it have flashed? If I haven't heard in 14 days am I off
the hook?

You have a second or two's grace once it changes to red, before the
camera will trigger. I can't recall the exact timing of these cameras.

Always ask to see the 'evidence', often when you do this the whole thing
gets forgotten!
