Scrap 'em. No problem.

Thats a lot of money down the toilet especially given these are hardly
likely to be cheap in the first place compared to a normal car given the
likely small production runs.

They are purpose built for the job so should last a lot longer, similar to
London taxis. A quote from the site.
Carbon Motors will re-use vehicles (certified used), re-use parts
(dismantled vehicles), and recycle vehicles at end-of-life (over 95%
recyclable) providing for a closed-loop cradle-to-cradle process.

Like I said, scrap 'em, or recycle if you want to use the modern jargon,

Yes, looks interesting.
I imagine most of such options would be available from security
divisions on E and S class Mercs, and 5 and 7 series BMWs for
celebrities/executives/politicians.

The microsoft office thing is a little misleading. A lot of car
infotainment/telematics systems are being based on CE/Win mobile in the
background these days. Adding mobile office is no harder than adding it
to a laptop.

Yes probably although I'm not sure about the Hoseable rear passenger
compartment or Shotgun Mount.

No, same for the GPS. All adds to the Batmobile-esque description though.
