From: Doug on 12 Apr 2010 02:29 Nowhere is safe from them. Well at least it wasn't a deliberate ramming this time. "A 13-year-old boy was saved from injury by his friend when a car mounted a path in Norfolk, crashed into his bike and failed to stop. The boy was pushing his bike and walking with a friend in Kenninghall Road, Banham, when a Ford Mondeo drove on to the path. Police said the friend managed to pull the boy to safety. The bike was dragged under the car and down the road. It happened on 1710 BST on 5 April but details have only just been released. The boys were left shocked but uninjured. The bike was badly damaged. Anyone with information on the car, described as dark blue or dark, and its driver is asked to contact Norfolk Police." http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/norfolk/8613314.stm -- Carfree UK http://carfree.org.uk/ Promoting carfree development and its environmental, social, financial and health benefits.
