The "Suzuki Hatch" came in either a 600cc or 800cc engine(the Mighty Boy
was based on this vehicle)
I think 3 cyl, Had a neighbour a couple of years ago who drove a small
suzuki based Holden hatch that had a 3 cyl 1L engine

Honda had a multitude of miniature cars with motorcycle based engines
Honda Zot, Honda Life boht had a chain or belt drive and something like
360cc engines
I remember my father rebuilding a tiny Honda bongo ute thing for a
neighbour back in the mid 70s, it had a 360cc 2 cyl mid mounted engine
