Driving a truck is a relatively unskilled job - I've met enough drivers
in my years in retail to know that a lot of drivers are only doing it
because they're unemployable in most other fields.

You obviously know very little of the industry in which I work, other
than how to get pallets from one place to another.

The manufacturers may have been - although this will only apply to
frozen and ambient manufacturers. However, the stock held in
distribution centres is quite significant at the moment.
