So what firm are we talking about, is it LIDL by anychance? If you were
to disclose the name it may be easier to understand your attitude
towards drivers.

Is it still a secret?

I'm not disclosing current employers, but I've worked for Iceland,
Safeway, WHS, Dixons and the Burton Group in the past.

I do have some standards, which mean I'd never consider a job with Lidl.

I'll give you minus 1 out of ten for that one.

Must try harder.

But if those responsible have appointed a suitable person and are ensuring
that he/she continues to develop why does their performance need managing?
Agreed, it might need someone to keep an eye on things, but it doesn't need
to be "managed".

Agreed there has to be the right of appeal if someone is disciplined, but
how often is the really needed. It can always be dealt with by an
independent arbitrator.
