You can't sell very much from a AA motorbike.

You didn't do your research then. For 68 you could get the same as the top
level
of RAC/AA cover! Tesco do their own cover via Green Flag, who are a lot
better,
faster, more efficient and don't operate an illegal sexual discrimination
policy or leave
drivers stranded for hours. You could have used 33 of Tesco vouchers to
get
something of use. The face value of them is a number of times what you
would have
paid, so not a good bargain and quite misleading.
RAC/AA send a sales person, not a mechanic. Watch any of the consumer TV
programmes and they will show you the footage of AA/RAC sales people that
attended breakdowns, eventually, and tried selling batteries and other items
in
order to meet the sales targets imposed on them each month. You put a
target
in the way and people will lie to meet it and make a living.
Most insurance companies will offer discounted cover for less than 33 and
this
applies to all covered on the insurance for the vehicles on the policy.
If you look after a car you will never need breakdown cover anyway, any
crash
recovery is handled by your insurer and preventative maintenance will stop
your
car always breaking down!
I only called GreenFlag twice in a year as I got the cover for free and had
a
flat battery twice due to the radio in the car being faulty which was fun.
I could have jumpstarted it or pushed it but couldn't be bothered.

Your brain will turn to mush. If you're lucky some other part of your body
will do the decent thing and kill you first.

Is your cover for the car or the person?

I frequently drive 4 different cars and my AA membership covers me in all of
them.

I'd like to know how 0 can be more expensive than 68.

I'm not prejudiced. I hate everybody equally.
