Ah, well there are POI downloads for Tomtom that'll do that for
Keyfuels, RED and a couple of other cards.

No, it's exactly right all the same.

What it may not have any resemblance to, at least until later in the
journey, is the actual time of arrival. But then a satnav isn't to know
you'll have a craving for a Pukka Pie in the Newport Pagnell services, is
it?

On Tomtom,I used to find that if I set mine for limited speed, set 53MPH
as that limited speed and added 15 minutes to the ETA time it was about
right and routed decently as well.

Already sounds too complicated for me. And do you have to pay annual
subscription on top?

Tomtom does if you download the POI's for the card you're using. I had
POIs for Keyfuels, RED, BP Bunker cards.
