Yeah, the Verada was pitched at the leather elbow pad tweed jacket wearing
"man about town" which makes you wonder why MMAL, in their infinite wisdom,
thought that an AWD version would be a great idea. Of course, as we now
know, MMAL's management had about as much of an idea about how to build and
market cars as you do about the difference between truth and fantasy, so
it's no surprise that the things were about as popular as dogshit flavoured
ice cream.
