When you're talking about VED, fuel duty and parking permits - yes.
When you're talking about VAT on purchase, then if you view the %age -
yes.

If you look at the VAT as an actual £ amount, then it is indeed price-
related. As with everything VATted.

It identifies the registered keeper and if the vehicle is involved in
breaking traffic law the registered keeper is obliged to name the driver.
