Clue: Company cars don't _have_ to be leased...

Anyway, there's a leasing company based in the same serviced offices as
me. AFAIA, there's only one guy runs the company.

And there was me, thinking it was actually about the legal chain of
responsibility for cars registered in the name of a business rather than
an individual, as opposed to how those vehicles are actually financed.
Silly me. Clearly, I haven't bothered reading and thinking as deeply as
you.

Shame that you didn't even bother reading past the first line of my reply.

I read it and didn't bother answering it as it has been more than
adequately cover elsewhere in the thread AND hearsay is irrelevant..
Had you provided a company name so that this mystical leasing company
could be shown to a) exist b)have no company secretary
then it may have been a worthwhile point...

I run a small company, and it may appear to mosy strangers that I don't
have a company secretary, as they don't ever come to my office.

Oh, I think the point was worthwhile - the only problem is that it isn't
the one you seem to think. The point was that not all leasing companies
are PHH-Arval or Leaseplan.
