Last time I was in the frozen north there was a suggestion that a useful
accessory for your vehicles would be a small plough. To give a neat
appearance to the exterior that is, rather than to be towed by any of
them.

Now that I've sold the 4x4, it's really just the Acad that applies to.
And it was brush-painted in Dulux before I bought it.

Because I looked at the finish and noticed it had more gloss and depth?

Snake oil is not appropriate for something as visual as cleaning a car - the
evidence is in front of the eyes!

How come it's got more gloss and depth than the professional detailer left
it with?

Sounds like either he wasn't as good as he should have been or the
improvement is illusory.

Why? Has overtaking become an offence in the eyes of the law?

I realise that most bimblers think it is a criminal offence, to judge by
their headlight flashing, gesticulating and attempts to close the gap
and cause an accident.
