What can I expect to pay as a fair price for a timing belt and rollers
on a 206SW?

One guy who claims to be a Puggy specialist wnats �120 and Protyre want
�212. I'm wondering if the first guy has quoted me for just a belt?

Which engine?

Looking at GSF, belts-only are all around £15-20, whilst belt-and-
tensioner kits vary between £30 and £60.

Why are you even considering letting a tyre-chimp do it?

It's a 1.4 petrol. Personally I have found the local Protyre to be ok
with their work and my days of taking engines apart are well over.

It's considered good practice to replace the water pump at the same time
as pumps are relatively cheap but the labour isn't.

This might account for part of the price difference.

Cheapest of the lot for the full kit, then. £31+vat.
