Yes, like there's a Vesuvius going off 24/7 like CO2 emissions are.

If you did, I didn't see it. Perhaps you can post the message id so
that I can re-read it in context?

BTW, score one up to you for lies. It's not "I couldn't say" it's that I
haven't seen the question.

Then back to Rotterdam? Ah, gotcha.

We did Harwich-Esbjerg, round SE & NO, then Bergen-Newcastle in 2007, but
they've stopped that direct NO-GB route now. Bloody cheap flights...

Less than that, from what I recall in 2007.
<checks website>
215DKK = £26 for Storebaelt, €38 for Oresund.

Storebaelt is the more impressive of the two - we were massively
underwhelmed by Oresund. There's also Lillebaelt - IIRC, that's not toll.

No, not really. EVERYTHING in Norway costs an arm and a leg...

No, they eat the same, just exercise less, apparently...

I think you'll find that there's considerably more than "a Vesuvius"
going off 24/7. And you will also find that volcanoes do more damage
than simply releasing some CO2. So to claim "no harm done" with regard
to volcanoes is umm, silly. As I'm sure the residents of Montserrat
would be only too keen to point out to you.
