No, not really. They would have to pay a fee to cover the inconvenience of
admin. I'd suggest a strip on top of the melon helmet, rather like a
mohican, showing the number so they can be traced when they frequently
ignore traffic rules.

You have to earn respect. If you want respect from van drivers, stop acting
like a prat.

Well, to be honest pal, if your name is Simon and you talk like a prat, you
are asking for it aren't you?

Look, I've been subjected to so many attacks here from rabid boy racer
cyclists I've lost count. I don't care because they are clearly of limited
intelligence & imagination, rarely rising beyond the wit of the average
ameoba.

Yes you do.

But it doesn't cover payment does it fuckwit?

I'm glad you admit it at last. A vehicle is a vehicle I'm afraid;

"A vehicle (Latin: vehiculum) is a mechanical means of conveyance, a
carriage or transport. Most often they are manufactured (e.g. bicycles,
cars, motorcycles, trains, ships, boats, and aircraft), "

No thanks, I'd rather rip it out of wankers like you.

That wasn't what you said, fuckwit. "Cyclists don't pay VED" is
incorrect. Which SPECIFIC bit of the English language do you have a
problem with?

Ah, so the presence or absence of a "window" is the important detail, is
it?

That's a large percentage of motorcycles and some cars ruled out, then.

Well, quite.

Is it the presence or absence of a valid tax disc which enables that,
then?
