Don't talk to me about poxy bikes races. Medway Council allocated �25K to
have the Tour De France come through the towns - and ended up spending
�480K.

Entire bloody area was closed to traffic all day, couldn't go anywhere and
the bit we saw lasted about 5 minutes.
