My "Road Tax" [sic] is disproportionate, unfair and in the favour of
"sponging" motorists.

You need to be careful not to confuse what you think someone said, with what
they actually wrote.

I notice the government are starting to advertise on TV to cut your co2
emissions by driving 5 miles a week less and they show footage of a cyclist.
If the answer to getting better value from motoring is you need to drive
more, it is remarkably unfair to penalise cyclists who drive less.
Especially when the government are actively trying to discourage driving.

I must write to my MP over this. It clearly is unfair to tax paying
cyclists.
