Yeah , but they still have to spend however many hours it is driving up and
down traffic clogged streets.

What happens if one of the drivers gets back to base, and then realises
that he has accidentally missed a couple of roads which he was supposed
to have done, in the furthest extremities of the UK? Does his boss give
him a good ticking off, and send him back (at his own expense and in his
own time) to rectify his mistake?
