Who said otherwise? Of course they can - and will - increase the base premium. Mine's suffered more from a single not-at-fault claim from somebody else's insurance than from a couple of FPN photos. But they may well still have full NCB...

I am still waiting (over a yer now) for my £300 excess back because a white van numpty wanted to take a short cut through the back seats of my last Beamer on his way to an M9 slip road. Not to mention the increased premium becasue a "fault claim" is registered until the whole mess is sorted. Nkosi
