Nah...

People are sometimes more concerned about maintaining their
constitution guaranteed civil liberties rather than get involved in
your insane personal car manias.

Given that, "Criminal Drivers..." (a.k.a. Speeders & Drunk Drivers Are
MURDERERS) is an admitted drunk driver, if the above were the law,
"Criminal Drivers..." by all rights should be on Death Row.

S&DDAM admits to being drunk and to possible drunk driving by way of
a sentence with the poor grammar of the double negative:

"I ain't not never been drunk none in my life. "

Are you *really* sure of this? Remember that an accident is
attributable to cannabis if a truck carrying a large load of the
stuff overturns on the highway and vehicles behind it run into it
or run off the road or into each other trying to avoid it. That's
true even if the truck dropped its load because the Feds put "severe
tire damage" spikes on the road to stop the truck to search it.

Also, I believe an accident where someone who is sleeping in his
own 2nd floor bedroom and is hit by a car is classified as being
related to sleeping pills, alcohol, cannibis, and/or TV watching
if the guy in his bedroom was doing any of these things when the
car crashed into his room.

I saw nothing to lead to that conclusion in the message.
(Dazmn! If I hadn't taken that course in Logic I wouldn't grab at your
bait.!)
