What does the paperwork say? The registration and so forth? If that says 350 as well perhaps you can return it to who you purchased it from, with the help of your state attorney general, and get your money back. Then that person/company can deal with Ford or the dealer they bought it from. Double check the vin # that it is in fact a 250...

First, you bought it used probably with no warranty second, who ever converted it probably bought the rolling chassis from ford and put the bucket on it, NOT ford. Like they do to RV's and such. What does the Vin number code say it is? If your concerned, sell it. bob
