Well the head gasket news was good, but after a 75km run today there is
oil pissing out of the front of the motor....

I guess it's back to the dealer on Monday to argue the point. The car
officially runs out of statutory warranty on Monday....

Whilst you're debating the issue, demand an extended warranty period to
cover their work.

AU Series 3. I'd suggest the front seal is gone as well as the rear seal
on the gearbox. Should they decide not to fix I will take it to
transport office for the roadworthy which was obviously dodgy as hell
considering the level of sludge under it and the clear leak from the
gearbox onto the exhaust.

Au ?
normally it's the rubber seal between the sump and the bottom edge of
the timing case BUT it might be a missing bolt in the timing case or as
you suggest the timing cover seal . Give it a good inspection under a
good incandescent bulb and fell around the back edge of the balancer
It might be visible but it certainly will be repaired under warranty
as you have " reasonable expectation" meaning they have to fix it and
may have to maintain it for some considerable time
The rear box seal is a 30 minute job that even I could do
while you are looking make sure the seal under the plugs on the box
side is ok
