Or perhaps (which is what I like to be able to do), to move into L1 to blend
in behind the L2 user. The L2 user can cross (the circle's) L1 to leave the
rb while the L1 user can leave at the same exit or continue round. This
works just as well whether it is a dual or single lane exit.
