I agree with you that there are far too many road deaths, but it is wrong to
blame it on the car. There are many factors, not least poor driving education,
bad road signs, bad road construction and accident traps. I know a few accident
traps which can only be avoided by luck or local knowledge.

compare with a %age of all deaths.
