Some years ago i had a problem with a tailgater - it was VERY foggy. When we reached a stretch of dual carriageway, he was off like a scalded cat. Pissed myself and nearly went off the road five minutes later when I came upon him stuffed in the armco on the central reservation - fortunately no one else involved.

No one has a legitimate reason enough to tail gate or break the speed limit unless their vehicle is equipped with flashing blue lights.
