It is said that Dalai Lama is the chosen one, but I have my doubts.
This Quaker/Monk Parrot I got looks wise, gentle and sits on a perch
for hours, just like Buddha did.

Then it came to me of all people in the world, the Wise Tibetan
Monkey, philosopher of the hammock, with the Monk Bird, who brought
the message that people need to fly...

I got her a hammock too, but it's yet too arrive. I think it's a she,
breaking the long tradition of male-only hierarchies. She ain't
talking yet, but I'm all expectations of what her message to the world
is. Maybe the message is in her flying instincts, which is a very
powerful metaphor in itself. People are in a cage, you know.

We will see.

I'm getting ready for my Monk Parrot to talk OR give me a signal that
she's the chosen one. To that end, I've provided her with a BIG BELL,
with which to announce the birth of a New Wisdom.

I expect her to say TO CHANGE THE COURSE, and embrace a harmony with
nature and a BACK TO BASICS attitude, which is to say A MOVEMENT WHERE
FRUGALITY IS VIRTUE.

Bless be the parrot!

We know the Dalai Lama is not to be trusted around parrots...

'During his current tour of the United States, the Dalai Lama has
confirmed his status as the world's No. 1 feel-good guru, reaching
across boundaries of culture and religion. Who could fail to admire a
spiritual leader who, fresh from meeting President Bush and Secretary
of
State Colin Powell, tells Harvard students to spend less time on their
studies and more on becoming nice people, and makes them laugh by
telling how he hit a parrot with a stick when he was "a young, naughty
Dalai Lama?"'

That's why I like to deal with THE SOURCE (Buddha himself).
