I'm not referring to the implementation of the revenue, which we all
know is not spent on road maintenance etc, solely.

Most people refer to it as 'road tax' or 'car tax' though.

There is no "but" about it.

The whole proposition "What "The Medway Handyman" describe[d] as "Road Tax"
hasn't been paid by anyone since long before "The Medway Handyman" [was]
born" is simply 100% incorrect.

What "The Medway Handyman" described as "Road Tax" (whatever its absolutely
Totally Official title) is paid by millions of people every month in the UK.

If a motorist didn't have to pay a specific tax to use the road, you might
have a point. Since they do, you don't.

What a shame you have such difficulty in expressing yourself in English.

Most 'normal' people do. Cyclists don't because it reminds them they are
spongers. Brimstone doesn't because he is thick.
