Oh so sorry, I thought from the fact that "fuel duty" occurred in
every quote and "petrol duty" occurred in none of them taht teh
discussion was about fuel duty, not petrol duty. Silly me.

Did it?

Are you suggesting that quads, mini-motos, lawnmowers and private cars
all only ever run on petrol, not diesel?

One of those categories is almost certainly petrol-only, but the other
three could easily be either.
