I bought, as a distress purchase on a Sunday, a spanner. They lent me
FOC another one so I could undo the two locked together then put the
'borrowed' one back on the shelf for sale. I had the part with me in a
bag, I'm not sure they would have let me exit the shop with the
borrowed spanner, saved me about a tenner so I was well chuffed at the
time.

Elsewhere on a weekday I could have bought the spanner for less then 3
quid but I expect to get shafted if I have to shop on Sunday.
