Why is this? The last "near miss" I can think of happening to me was over 10 years ago. Ok, I crashed my Mazda, but that was purely my own fault and there was nothing around for miles, but I never seem to have near misses in traffic yet I drive round the M25, the M4 and into busy parts of London a lot. No accidents, no claims and no wrecked cars and I don't just commute.
