Does anyone support that miserable collection of swine called Congress
and the
Executive? America needs a total breakdown and rebuild.

What's sad about illegals is the fact they do siphon off social
services which in turn increases the working men and women in this
country payment of taxes. Even Hispanic citizens of this country
don't get it, they're paying for their free health care and
schooling. My Mother in Law was a Principal in Placentia, California
years ago and told me that 20% of each class were children of
illegals....who pays for their education? When people on Social
Security didn't receive a cost of living increase this year, why was
that? I'm all for Hispanic's coming to this country as long as they
work, pay taxes and obey the laws, even illegals. But at least
document them, give them their green cards but tell them it doesn't
mean they get citizenship. If they come to this country to have
children, that child should not receive automatic US citizenship
either. NO NO! If they don't follow the rules then Whites should
start boycotting everything Mexican including food products and
restaurants even if owned by Non Hispanics. Boycott them like they're
going to boycott Arizona and penalize that State. Liberals want
amnesty for these people because they need to remain in power because
they know they'll get their votes at some point. NO AMNESTY.

What she was asking for some proof of was the claim that someone born in
the US is not a citizen if his parents were here illegally. Since this
violates the 14th Amendment, I doubt the law were changed.

And, since you changed the argument to spouses getting citizenship, I am
guessing you also know it was an incorrect statement. This debating
technique makes me think you deliberately lied, but I am willing to give
the benefit of the doubt for one answer and assume you made an honest
mistake.

I believe I read something about the Canadian government changing the
law of birthright citizenship there in Canada because it had become
such a huge problem for them. I'm glad that it's very difficult for
The United States government to LEGALLY take away a Constitutionally
guaranteed right. What I would like to see is a simple change for now
that I think a court could twist some bloomers over would be to rule
that a child has to be conceived within the borders of The U.S. before
being considered a citizen except those newborns of existing citizens.
That would cause wetbacks to howl "NO FAIR HOMES!" quite loudly.
