Was the first year. 5 speed or automatic? I have a 5 speed, and the only thing I don't like is the seats. I'm looking for some seats from a Celica. 27,000, what's the asking price, and is it from a private seller or a dealer? If it's from a dealer, is it Certified Used? Now, for the crusher: it seems the 2.4L engine they used has a nasty habit of kicking out a couple of the head bolts. I think there is a TSB (Tech Service Bulletin) on this, but I don't know how Toyota is handling this. I was at a Toyota dealer today and meant to ask, but forgot... BTW, they seemed to have resolved the issue by 2007 or 2008. I think the fix is to install a Heli-Coil, but that involves removing the head, and I don't know if they pay for this. For the good points: it looks cool. it handles like it's on rails. it goes like a raped simian it is a blast to drive. it will do 125 MPH, and probably more. I was afraid of the ticket. It has a "J" vin.
