You are right, the return address is not on the slip. Of all the
stupidness that comes from DVLA, this has got to be near the top.
To make things worse, if you dont send it back, you'll get the new
owners fines and parking tickets.
The address you need is DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1BA

Haven't we already done this?

It's on a bit which you didn't need to give to the new keeper, but chose
to without looking at it properly.
