The reality is our transportation policy requires a bigger overhaul
than our healthcare policy. Maybe it should be in reverse: UNIVERSAL
HEALTHCARE, NOT DRIVER LICENSE.

I don't debate something the scientific community accepts as a fact.
The only thing debatable is the degree to which it is true, and that
