Do you mean running? Where most small yachts have ALL hands on deck because this is where small race yachts are most vulnerable. Crew are very busy managing sail trim on both main and chute and usually those not occupied are stacked aft to keep the yachts trim correct to avoid ploughing into the back of the next wave.
