"Straight with the wind" ?

Do you mean running?
Where most small yachts have ALL hands on deck because this is where
small race yachts are most vulnerable.
Crew are very busy managing sail trim on both main and chute and
usually those not occupied are stacked aft to keep the yachts trim
correct to avoid ploughing into the back of the next wave.

You really don't know anything about ocean racing do you!
"Straight with the wind".....Bwaaaaaahahhahhahahhahahhahahhahahahaa!

Employee real estate agents won't be rich but the owners of real estate
agencies usually are far from poor.
One near where I live had enough cash to sponsor his son's (Phonsy
Mullen) car racing even a season in V8 Super cars which is far from cheap.
