Anyway, whilst we're in a spirit of amicable agreement, can I invite you
to join with me in heartily and readily condemning all those impatient,
arrogant and inconsiderate tossers who use road vehicles (of any kind)
without appropriate consideration for those they share the road with?

Assuming that they have a proper 'dropped kerb crossing',
They are 'legally' allowed to drive across the pavement.
