From: Stewart Hargrave on 21 Apr 2006 15:03 Dunno if anybody else knows of this lot, but I've just come across a DIY kit supplier I've not heard of before. Supply kits for lawnmowers to big V8s. Fairly useful FAQ in the site, and if anybody is interested, also supply all sorts of domestic alternative energy installations. http://www.navitron.org.uk/autogas.htm It's even prompted me to update my page of kit suppliers. Miracle. -- TSH For email, replace 'SpamOnlyToHere' with my initials LPG info. page: www.tshargrave.co.uk Now with added Biodiesel (and getting a bit out of date)

I live in Sussex, and am 31. I have just brought a Citroen Xantia exclulsive, with the idea of conveting it to LPG. It seemed a good car to try, as its a hatch, so my thinking was that if I really need boot space I can put seats down. I was going to try a transverse Cylinder (there is no spare wheel bay) of 60-70 Ltrs. The car is a V6, with I believe Aluminium manifolds. A cat and no Turbo. I would describe myself as an experienced home mechanic, although, as with most of us at the beginning, very little knowledge of LPG systems. Can anyone give me any advice, particularly about this engine (fitted to Peugeots and possible volvos in the past) , or general advice, encouragement etc ? Navitron : based in Wales I think. I have looked at this company and asked for a quote. They will certify my fitment, after completion. thanks in advance John -- Johng
