No worries - they went again with the stupid stuff again later.
It's a Scam, of course - Fraud, and others, can buy the stuff for next to
noting, and sell it for MASSIVE money to the,punters with cars having a few
years on 'em. out of warranty, natch.
I know of two blokes (both devout fans of Ford, too) so far that have
ditched their later Falcoons precisely due to the cost of 'ignition;
problems.

After market coil pack for the EF was less than $100.00, OE part lasted
close enough to 400,000klms which is hardly an issue.
Car only cost $800 and has done over 100,000klm since so value is very good.
He has since bought an EL which owes him about $4000 which includes
12mths rego, new tyres, new exhaust, major service and LPG conversion.

Does this happen when the LPG tank is nearly empty? Mine blew up air
filters
only when the tank was less than 1/4 full. Now I don't let it run down, and
no more trips to the wreckers. It limits the range, but better than sucking
dirty air into the engine.
