I hope it doesn't result in lazy obese Chinese. But some are pedal
assisted which could be excellent for some people.

I don't want you folks to get the impression that I'm against bike
facilities, but we won't have them for a long while. Whatever money is
being dumped into it, goes to short unconnected bike lanes good
nothing. I think our bureaucracy is totally incapable of doing
anything practical other than feeding themselves.

LET'S TAKE THE LANE WORLDWIDE, and the days of the monopolistic lion
will be over.

Bicycling is anarchist by nature. YOU GOT NOTHING TO LOSE BUT YOUR
CHAINS.

Public transportation takes a bureaucracy, and that is indeed possible
and desirable, as we can see in the case of Curitiba...

Listen, I'm COMANDANTE BANANA, which means I'm the boss of the
revolution. I'm all for "ideas" from Germany, Holland, etc, but not
exactly your regulations.

The ANARCHIST CYCLIST riding fast belongs on the road, but I'd mandate
the car to CLEAR THE LANE 30' BEFORE AND AFTER, so the cyclist and the
car can share the road safely.

I'm for borrowing ideas from Curitiba when it comes to public
transportation, so we will put in place the best solutions out there,
even if only in our mind. ;)

And I can name you sub-comandante for Germany..
