I find it _very_ difficult to believe that TrafPlod in an unmarked would stop YOU in that situation, unless he believed that your manouvre was so badly executed as to increase the danger.

I got stopped by an unmarked once. I overtook them in a 2CV. I wasn't actually breaking the limit, but they told me I looked like I was "about to roll over and should slow down..." Mike P
