I think we caught a pigeon with our car on the motorway once. Probably
doing 70ish, can't remember exactly where it hit. However I do recall
finding the body tangled in the roofrack...

I hit a pigeon at 90 on the M6 once.

No damage whatsoever to the car. Plenty of damage to the underpants of
the bike courier following me, I presume, given by the extra distance
once the cloud of feathers had cleared.
