All I can go on is the bil's information which does not agree with your
guess
eg atm a lot of folk are late with rego and or other fees ( Bil is up
the ladder there )

Are you sure the ladder's not up the Bil? :)

A Qld driver's licence is valid for five years. If he happens to
think that 10% of those drivers most likely to crash are in arrears at
any one time then it probably is!

That was referring *only* to the disqualified ones hiding
behind sobriety and good driving.
You like going around in circles? :-P

Yes, yes, yes. Fark!. :-)

no it aint as he is about to retire after 33 years with main roads (
think massive super)

I will say it again
" late with fees including rego etc " now I don't know exactly but it is
a large number of people
Of course there are a lot who simply don't bother , I worked with a
bloke who at 40 odd had NEVER had a drivers but drove to work every day
and had done his entire working life and the old bloke around the corner
who still drives with macula problems on a Sunday for the paper because
it's only 4 blocks

So you still think it's group 1) then?

They certainly exist, but most will either have very low exposure or
live in Woopwoop. They're not likely to represent 10% of drivers and
aren't likely to have a disproportionate risk of crashing.

Since the point I was hoping to make is about attutude... who's the
most likely to have it in spades?

I still think it's group 3)!

Supported by the number of disqualified drivers who come up before the
local Magistrate's Court. Followed by those who breach licence
restrictions (ie work only licences).

A significant number of those who do get to Court are the result of
crashes.

Methinks they're not catching 'em soon enough. :)
