What's the offense?

"Exhibition of courtesy"? "Yielding the ROW when not legally
required"? "Thoughtful operation"? "Failure to MFFY"?

You consider yourself a "skilled driver". Why are the proximate
motorists at a dead stop responsible for the collision of two other
moving vehicles?

Oh, that's right, you don't take questions.

A litmus test for MFFY suggests the obvious.

I had a minor incident involving such an Enabler and an MFFY this week.
The traffic in the right lane ahead of me suddenly stopped, and I
assumed that somebody was making a right turn into one of the driveways.
I couldn't see around the tall SUV in front of me. I went to pass the
stopped traffic and almost rammed somebody trying to make an illegal
left-turn.

Apparently, the MFFY had pushed its car in front of the traffic, waiting
for everybody to stop for it, and then was intending to make that
illegal turn after the traffic in the opposing lanes had also stopped.
Fortunately, the MFFY realised that I wasn't stopping and decided to
stop its illegal turn. This had the effect of holding up the Enabler
and everybody trapped behind it. They also missed the next traffic
signal, which turned red before the MFFY finally stopped blocking the
street.
