I am. Cigarettes kill 50 times more people than driving yet far more
people drive.

I'm not prejudiced. I hate everybody equally.

Good man.
Drivers kill *3,000* times more than cyclists on the odd years when
there is one cycling caused pedestrian fatality.
On the years where no pedestrians are killed by cyclists, then the
maths say that drivers kill *infinitely* more people.
Glad we've finally got things into perspective.

Typical Simple Simon argument. You conveniently snipped the relevant part
of the discussion.

I'll repeat it here, because you appear to have a very selective memory;

Doesn't matter a jot. The killer cyclist caused a pensioners death.

Alas you don't. Once again you live up to the name Simple Simon.

The 33 million motorists each do an average of 12,000 miles a year, so thats
396,000,000,000 road miles, or 1 death per 120,000,000 road miles.

How many cyclists are there in the UK and what is their average mileage?

Easy to find figures for the tax paying regulated motorist of course.

"Doesn't matter a jot" if it is 1 death per million light years.
"The killer driver caused a pensioner's death."
