Because the main inbound roads into Hull have lost one lane which has
been converted to a cycle track.

Yes, you are.

Because you're using the _total_ road deaths. Many - probably most - of
those killed on the roads are (at least partially) responsible for their
own deaths.

Pollution from cars is probably much worse, given the much greater
volume of gases per vehicle compared to a cigarette. However, this is
obviously about people killing others DIRECTLY through physical
contact so don't try to confuse the issue as a cover for your own
harmful behaviour.
