Be fair. It's not as if he has a choice of where to live, although I'm
sure he'd have much preferred to live in flats. Lakenal House in
Camberwell wasn't far away. Given the choice, I'm sure many residents
there would have happily swapped with him.

I very much doubt if I am anywhere near the most rammed. For one thing
I don't do a particularly large mileage. Most likely the most rammed
don't make a fuss about it and take it in their stride so are not
noticed by you. I think it is important to make a fuss because it is a
subject that needs airing. The very idea that drivers are allowed to
deliberately ram cyclists and get away with it is totally abhorrent in
what professes to be a civilised society.
