Jumping Jack Garrett is jumping all around the place trying to get out of it. Proves what others here have been saying about the dangers of the foil insulation

Steel roofs are bonded to earth electrically, or should be. Each sheet is connected via the screws yes, but the roof in its entirety should be bonded, esp if the incomming mains is via an aerial connection. (And my OP was supposed to be $400 or $500 extra not 4500)
