Chrysler is recalling more than 25,000 2007 Dodge Calibers and Jeep Compasses for sticky throttle pedals. The pedals were made by the same supplier, CTS Corp., that made the pedals involved in a massive Toyota recall in January. According to the recall notice: "The pivot bushings in v ehicles with oversized accelerator pedal bearing pockets may become dislodged and potentially cause the accelerator pedal to bind or stick. -- (setq (chuck nil) car(chuck) )

I posted that in Toyota a few days ago. Same pedals. Stuck Accelerator: it's not just for Toyota any more! ;)
