Too lazy, too thick, couldn't be bothered, why do it when someone else will and be held responsible. Take your pick. Oh dear, never had a puncture, that's no excuse. Does she know how to check tyre pressures and fluid levels or has she never done that before either! >Surely you wouldn't expect me to refuse to do it for her? What's that got to do with it? You're annoyed because you were forced to do it for her when you were thinking the same as the people in the office. >I don't think my son would have been very impressed with me leaving her in >the lurch. > What a load of rubbish. Buy her some breakdown cover, or if she is so helpless, show her how to do things. I take it she is in her early 20s. Educational standards did drop quite a bit and people leaving school can't even spell, speak or write properly. They can't even think for themselves as they are what is known as one of the "helpless generation". Unable to do something without being told what to do all the time and prompted at each stage. God knows what teachers are doing in schools. At least now she knows that by acting all thick and helpless, you will go running each time. > Bod

Probably best just to leave them on their own having babies etc. Adam
