Hello.

Not all States share information regarding fake Number Plates or
Registration Details.

For instance, NSW Police cannot see the Registration Status of a
TASMANIA number plate. They have no data-transfer agreement.

You can drive an unregistered car in Tasmania, yet still drive in NSW,
and the NSW Police Number Plate Recognition Software will not pick you
up, nor will NSW Police MDT terminals know about it.

However, ACT Police (A division of the Australian Federal Police) &
NSW Police *DO* share number plate information.

Does anyone have a URL (HTTP://) link that shows list of all data
Number Plate sharing agreements?

And how often is the data updated? Overnight, every 3 months, every
year?

Yes.

NSW Police have to manually request the status by radio,on a one-by-
one basis.

Their NSW Automatic Number Plate Recognition software cannot
*automatically* pick up any Tasmanian plate.
